Welcome to our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) website.

Careers education and guidance makes a major contribution to preparing young people for the opportunities, responsibilities and experiences of life.

Hamble Community Sports College is committed to providing a planned programme of careers education and information, advice and guidance (IAG).
The careers education programme at Hamble Community Sports College enables students to develop their personal insight, careers knowledge, career planning and management skills. It also offers information and advice that is personalised, comprehensive and impartial.

The aim of the website is that parents and students can gain the information they will need to enable students to make informed choices about their future learning and career pathways.

We have recently started the assessment standards process for gaining the Investor in Careers accreditation. Investor in Careers (IiC) is a nationally recognised quality award for careers education, information, advice and guidance provision within school, college or further education and work based learning providers.
